By purchasing, you confirm you have read and understood all terms below. Claims of
"I didn't know" or "I didn't understand" are not valid excuses after purchase.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
1.1 Digital Products & Services
CodingPlanet provides digital software products, platforms, subscriptions, and services.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to the specific
terms outlined in this policy.
Key Principle: All sales are considered final unless explicitly
stated otherwise in this policy. Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical
goods, and access to digital services cannot be "unused" once provided.
1.2 What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to:
- One-time purchases of digital products (software licenses, platform access, downloads)
- Subscription services (monthly, annual, or other recurring payments)
- Custom software development services
- Consulting and professional services
- Platform usage fees and credits
- Any other products or services offered by CodingPlanet
2. NO REFUND SCENARIOS (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS)
🚫 REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
These scenarios are non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made.
2.1 Digital Product Access
NO REFUNDS for:
- Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way
- Platform access that has been activated or logged into
- Software licenses that have been registered or activated
- Any digital content that has been delivered or made available to you
- Products where you have received login credentials, access codes, or download links
Reason: Once digital products are accessed, they cannot be "returned"
or "unused." The value has been delivered and cannot be recovered.
2.2 Subscription Services
NO REFUNDS for:
- Any subscription period that has already begun or been used
- Partial subscription periods (no prorated refunds for unused time)
- Subscription renewals that have been processed
- Subscription upgrades or downgrades after the change has taken effect
- Cancelled subscriptions for periods already paid (no retroactive refunds)
Important: You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time,
but you will not receive refunds for time already paid for or used.
2.3 Custom Development & Professional Services
NO REFUNDS for:
- Work that has been completed, delivered, or started
- Consulting time that has been used or scheduled
- Projects where development has begun
- Services that have been partially or fully rendered
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Disagreement with approach after work has started (unless contractually specified)
2.4 Account Termination or Suspension
NO REFUNDS for:
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or prohibited use
- Accounts closed due to illegal activity or misuse
- Accounts terminated for violation of platform rules or policies
- Any termination resulting from user misconduct
ZERO TOLERANCE: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations,
abuse, fraud, or illegal activity receive NO REFUNDS under any circumstances,
regardless of remaining subscription time or unused credits.
2.5 Change of Mind or Buyer's Remorse
NO REFUNDS for:
- Simply changing your mind after purchase
- Deciding you don't need the product or service
- Finding a better alternative elsewhere
- Not using the product or service you purchased
- Forgetting you purchased something
- Not reading product descriptions before purchasing
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to research products,
read descriptions, understand features, and make informed purchasing decisions.
"I didn't realize what I was buying" is not grounds for a refund.
2.6 Technical Issues or Compatibility
NO REFUNDS for:
- Technical issues on your end (your device, browser, internet connection, etc.)
- Compatibility issues with your system or software
- Inability to access due to your own technical limitations
- Firewall, security software, or network restrictions on your end
- User error or inability to use the product correctly
- Not meeting system requirements (which are clearly stated before purchase)
Note: If there is a legitimate technical issue on our end that
prevents you from accessing a product you haven't used, contact us within the refund
window (see Section 3). However, once you have accessed or used the product, this
exception no longer applies.
2.7 Misuse or Unauthorized Use
NO REFUNDS for:
- Using products or services for prohibited purposes
- Violating Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Using products in ways they were not intended
- Attempting to use products for illegal activities
- Sharing access credentials with unauthorized users
- Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing products
2.8 Time-Based Limitations
NO REFUNDS for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (for eligible products only)
- Requests made after any stated refund window has expired
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago (regardless of usage)
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than the initial billing period
2.9 Third-Party Issues
NO REFUNDS for:
- Issues with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Bank or credit card processing delays
- Currency conversion fees or exchange rates
- Third-party service outages or issues
- Problems with your payment method
3. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY (STRICT CONDITIONS)
VERY LIMITED EXCEPTIONS: Refunds may be considered ONLY in the
following specific scenarios, and ONLY if ALL conditions are met:
3.1 Unused Digital Products (7-Day Window)
MAY be eligible for refund IF:
- The product has NEVER been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way
- You have NOT received or used any login credentials
- You have NOT activated any licenses or access codes
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
- The product is not a subscription service
- The product is not custom development or professional services
- You have not violated any Terms of Service
- Your account is in good standing
Important: Even if all conditions are met, refunds are at our
sole discretion. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund.
3.2 Legitimate Technical Issues (Our End)
MAY be eligible for refund IF:
- There is a verified technical issue on our end that prevents access
- The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time (as determined by us)
- You have NOT accessed or used the product in any way
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have contacted support and allowed reasonable time for resolution
- The issue is not related to your device, browser, or network
3.3 Duplicate Purchases
MAY be eligible for refund IF:
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- The duplicate purchase was made within 24 hours
- You have NOT used the duplicate purchase
- You contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
- We can verify the duplicate purchase
4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
4.1 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the limited eligibility criteria:
- Contact us immediately via the contact method provided on our website
- Include your purchase information: Order number, transaction ID, purchase date, email used
- State the specific reason you believe you are eligible (reference this policy)
- Provide evidence that you meet the eligibility criteria
- Wait for our response (we will respond within 5-7 business days)
4.2 Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will:
- Verify your purchase and account status
- Check if the product has been accessed or used
- Review your account history for any policy violations
- Determine if you meet the eligibility criteria
- Make a decision at our sole discretion
Decision is Final: Our refund decisions are final. Disputing
a refund decision through payment processors (chargebacks) may result in immediate
account termination and permanent ban from our services.
4.3 Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on your bank or payment processor
- We are not responsible for delays in refund processing by third parties
5. SUBSCRIPTION-SPECIFIC TERMS
5.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future
charges but does NOT entitle you to refunds for:
- Time already paid for
- Current billing period
- Any period where you had access, regardless of usage
5.2 Subscription Refunds
NO REFUNDS for:
- Any subscription period that has started
- Partial months or periods
- Unused time in a billing period
- Annual subscriptions after the first month
Exception: If you cancel within 24 hours of initial
subscription purchase AND have not accessed the service, you may request a refund.
This is the ONLY subscription refund scenario.
5.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. It is your responsibility to
cancel before renewal. We are not required to:
- Remind you of upcoming renewals (though we may send courtesy emails)
- Refund renewals you forgot to cancel
- Refund renewals you claim you didn't authorize
6. CUSTOM SERVICES & DEVELOPMENT
6.1 Custom Development Projects
NO REFUNDS for:
- Work that has been started or completed
- Projects where development has commenced
- Change of requirements after work has begun
- Disagreement with approach after work has started
- Projects cancelled by client after work has begun
Contract Terms Apply: Custom development projects are governed
by specific contracts. Refund terms in those contracts supersede this general policy
where applicable.
6.2 Consulting Services
NO REFUNDS for:
- Consulting time that has been used
- Scheduled sessions that have occurred
- Advice or recommendations that have been provided
- Time blocks that have been reserved or used
7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: CHARGEBACKS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN
If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company (chargeback)
without first contacting us and allowing us to resolve the issue:
- Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
- You will be banned from all CodingPlanet services
- You will forfeit any remaining subscription time or credits
- You may be subject to additional fees or legal action
- We will provide evidence of this policy to payment processors
Always contact us first. Chargebacks are for fraud, not for
refund requests. Using chargebacks for refund requests is considered abuse and
will result in permanent ban.
8. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC TERMS
8.1 CPN Creator Platform
CPN Creator is a research and testing platform. Refunds are subject to all terms
in this policy. Additionally:
- NO REFUNDS if you have generated any data or used any features
- NO REFUNDS if your account has been used for prohibited purposes
- NO REFUNDS for accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- NO REFUNDS if you have shared access or credentials
8.2 Repcheck Platform
Repcheck (when available) is subject to the same refund terms. Pre-orders or
early access purchases are final once access is granted.
9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1 Before Purchase
You are responsible for:
- Reading product descriptions and features
- Understanding what you are purchasing
- Checking system requirements and compatibility
- Reading this Refund Policy
- Reading Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Making an informed purchasing decision
9.2 After Purchase
You are responsible for:
- Using products as intended and described
- Complying with Terms of Service
- Protecting your account credentials
- Contacting us if you have issues (before requesting refunds)
- Understanding that digital products have limited refund eligibility
